Change Ignition on Gas Engine

Is there any way or product to change a magnito ignition on a zanoah G38 to a battery ignition. I have maginato and i think it may be causing me to Glitch.

are you using a metal clevis on the throttle? if so change it to plastic.

I'm sure there is. Ask here in the gas engine forum for a good answer.

2 places.
You can order a conversion kit here:

RC Ignitions does a great conversion from what I have heard:

PS: from what I have read you should have all of your electronics at least 12" away from your magneto engine

Change the metal throttle rod to a "nyrod" type rod and use plastic clevises at both ends.

Even an electronic ignition and metal throttle rod will give you possible interference.

A short threaded rod at each end is fine but not over about 1" long for adjustments.

Then try it again.

You may also want to check your kill switch wires making sure they are not too long.

Don't try to run the kill switch wires back where the receiver or servos are located.

Keep the switch as close to the engine as possible with short wires.
