ok i bought the firebird phantom and waiting for it to come in does any body have any tips for my very first rc plane flight ever

this is a pretty simple plane to fly. go to a park if you can and get some wide open space. instructions will come with plane explaining how to set it up and charging procedures. after that its pretty much a GO. have fun. you may want to read up in the electrics forum's and get some more insight. i think you'll handle it just fine.

ok thanks i plane on taking it to a very large baseballfield first im hoping ill get some good experience and ill be able to get a much better plane for christmas

thats correct, get some experience and learn to fly that thing in your sleep, then you can move up to something else. like a 40 size glow trainer. there's thousands to choose from. let us know how it goes.

oh ya. tower hobbies is got em ready to fly. learn to fly on these guaranteed. their called tower trainer 40 mkII RTF. there's also the hobbico superstar ep which is electric and ready to fly. there's the electristar select RTF trainer thats electric also. great choices at great prices.
