Been lots of talk about voltmeters that puts a load on. I have a hobbico MK111 does that do that? Or what model should I be looking for.

Yep. The [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXWW16&P=ML]MkIII[/link] has a little three position switch at the top right that puts a 250mAh load on either the Rx or Tx (center is unloaded).

Hooray!!!! I don't have to spend any more $$$$. I always enjoy reading your comments. You have lots of knowledge. I just got back to the hobby after 27yrs of not being involved. Some of the skills are slowing coming back.
