COWLS & ORACOVER

Is it safe to cover a plastic cowl with Oracover or will the iron melt the plastic?

The plastic has a higher melting point than the oracover. Treat it like econokote. Might use some hair spray (the cheap kindlike aqua net) on the cowl to help it bond
