RE: hangar 9 tango

The Tango recovers easily from stalls, can float like a trainer, and do just about anything. While it's not a full 3D plane, it is considered as a highly aerobatic sport machine. Being a taildragger, it can windmill in a cross wind and the tail surfaces aren't effective until it reaches flying speed, so it can torque roll if you don't have enough throttle. Just gun the thing and be ready on the ailerons, depending on the circumstances. Yes, ground handling does take some getting used to and it may bite at first. But after that, the rest is like a double chocolate fudge brownie with plenty of nuts, add your favorite ice cream on the side and a big cup 'o joe.

For a second plane, well, because of the ground handling and some other goodies, it may be a bit much for a newbie. But since you have that experience with that Midwest Hots II, you shouldn't have problem at all. Go grab it, slap on an OS 55 AX, maybe get a spotter to help some on your first flight, and git 'er done!
