tail wheel size?
 

Hi guys, I'm building a tiger 60. I bought a sullivans landing gear and a 1 1/2 inch wheel. The wheel looks to tall when I put it on the plane. For all you tiger guys out there what size wheel are you running on yours? I have a 3/4 inch wheel, whould that be better?

I don't have a tiger, but I have a 1" tail wheel on my Dolphin 40 (four star copy) and I would NOT go any smaller. 1 inch works, you can do 1.25.

thanks gaRCfield. I really like the look of the dolphin, I bought the tiger 60 kit before I saw the dolphin or I would have one. I still might:D

It kind of depends on what surface your runway is. I used a 1" on pavement and dirt/grass. Small may be okay on a paved runway but it may dig in and not turn/roll well on a softer surface.
