I have a Tower Hobbies System 3000 6XM 6-Channel FM Computerized Radio I need a trainer cable does anyone know what cable I need to buy it has the square connector like futaba but I thought Id ask you guys

You need the Futaba cable. The Tower radios are manufactured by Futaba.
