If your building skills aren't what they used to be, go get yourself an ARF or a RTF (like the Avistar) to get you started.
Do take the time to find a local club and an instructor and fly on the buddy box for a while. For some reason, so many that are new to the hobby are resistant to find help. After a few crashes, most either give up, or find the help they needed in the first place. Check the AMA website and start making some calls to local clubs. You'll have several nice conversations and at the end of the day a new friend or two and someone to help you. Once you get the know the fellas, you might find someone to do a joint building project with, if thats where your heart is! Go have fun!!! http://modelaircraft.org/templates/a...C30641EC1DC0CD |

Why not take a vacation and visit an RC school or attend a funfly. You will really enjoy it and get lots of practice that will save you from crashing.

See if you can get ahold of donhamp as was mentioned above. I have had contact with him and he seems to be a straight shooter. Says he flys alot around Grantsville at one of the saltflats in the area.
Give him a shout... T. |
