Are these servos and receiver compatible to a Hitec TX?

Why not just send them an E-mail and ask? That way if you buy them and they don't work, you would be able to send them back.

I have tried contacting them but I keep getting a email error code, so I am counting on you fine folks for help.

If you look at the spec sheets, it shows the RX to be both positive and negative shift (auto detect), so they should work with Hitec. The servos know no better so they will be OK.
