Determining 3-Blade prop Size

I have a Zenoah G20ei. I am not at home, so I went to the horizon site an dthe specs call for 14x6 to a 16x6. How do I determine a 3-blade prop size for this engine?

Thanks,
BH

It's useally down 1 in either pitch or length. A 14X6 two blade would be 13X6 three blade or a 14X5 three blade.

I used a Graupner 14x7 on mine and it worked great.

Here's a review with a video of the G-20 with that prop in an H-9 Hellcat:

Hey Minn, could you have put a 16x5 (if they make that size.) 3-blade on her? I see KMP has a 16x8. I was hoping to go to a larger diamter, for a more scale look. It will be going on a TF .60 Corsair, that need to be pulled out of mothballs and refitted. Alot of work to do on her.

It's hard to say. I have no doubt that little G-20 could swing a 16x8 (It's a real little powerhouse), I just don't know what kind of performance you'd get

I would like to send my query and I would like to see your recommendation.

I have A World Model P51 size 60 (WM product code A155).  Engine is OS FS-110a 4-stroke.
I installed a Tru-Turn Spinner and Master Airscrew 14x8 3-blade.

OS engine recommended as per the manual is 15x8 and 16x6 (2-blade).

Looks great in 3-blade with tru-turn spinner (anodized blue)....BUT would like to hear your comment if I am
doing the right was....or should I go back to 2-blade ?!

Here is a good link for 2,3, and 4 blade prop conversions. It is the solo props chart. It should answer your question today and other prop questions in the future.
