sig/gp

Considering a Piper Cub as my next build, I built a GP kit I know they are good never built a Sig what is the best second plane from these two.

I'd like to hear this answer as well! I am just wanting to build a Cub, but not sure which one!

The Sig is more scale and will require better building techniques. The GP is less scale and flies just as good.

Now, if you want the BEST one, Get the Goldberg and build the Clipped-Wing option:

I second the goldberg! been flying mine for almost 18 years and it always gets complements on the looks/flight performance!

The full span option is good too, floats like a trainer but will do nice snaps, spins, hammerheads, hovering, etc. They sell just a wing kit so you can have both

I have flown the Goldberg with both wings. With the Clipped wing, it still floats beautifully, but it just flies better in general.

It seems to me like with the full span wing, you have to fight the wing through a turn, whereas the clipped wing turns much more naturally.
