INFO NEEDED spad for the beginner
i was wondering what your opinions are, i just started in the hobby, i like the RTF, and ARF kits, but i would like to build one, i've built models for 15+ years, so is it much different than building regular models, or not, and what kind of kit would be good to start, i would like to find a .60 P-51 mustang to build for later use, but i just want to get my feet wet, spending as little as possible. open for suggestions.
thanks in advance. Wolfie |
INFO NEEDED spad for the beginner
Well a good place to start is the SPAD forum here on RCU
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forumdispl...s=&forumid=235 and also the SPAD site for plans etc www.spadtothebone.com there are plans for trainers, general sport planes, slope gliders and stand off scaleish including a P51 or 2 aslo SPAD's do not come in a "kit" as you know it , either you find the material yourself or you can get material packs on te Spadtothebone ARF page |
