blade 400 / dx6i problems
I need help with an issue i am having with my dx6i for my eflite blade 400. let me just start by saying that i have had my cx2 for about 2 years now. now i have steped up with the blade 400. i have crashed once and had to replace 3 cyclic servoes with the hitec hs 65hbs. i have reveresed the servoes and all of that stuff. also replaced the feather bar. now the current issue i am having is as follows.
1. i power up the dx6i and switch the throttle hold on. 2. i power up the helio and i hear 2 beeps. (i dont hear the harmony beeps like normal) here is when the problem begines: when i switch the throttle hold off. i hear the harmony tone and then the helio starts to take off, with no response to the throttle stick. i have not messed with any of the setting on the dx6i. i have the throttle trims all the way down, up and neutral and still no respone. can this be a radio problem. i am clueless and frustrated. please help |

have you tried to rebind your system with the new servos ?

RE: blade 400 / dx6i problems
Your receiver's failsafe will kick in and either keep running at a certain rpm or shut down, whatever it is setup to do. Have you setup your throttle curves on the Tx? You may be running a set number across the board. Have your reprogrammed the ESC? I know when I received my used Trex 450 it was in flying condition with no battery, I still had to program the ESC. You may also need to reverse your throttle channel. If it is not reversed it will think you are at full throttle on start up, which should send you into ESC program mode.
