Help electronics on SLOW STICK ??

ok i am setting up the slow stick and im using the futaba radio that came with my avistar select.. its a 4 channel radio .. now the problem is... the motor will not shut off till the battery is unplugged... it has a ESC but for some reason its hooked up to the left stick (horizontal/rudder) so i can control the speed if i move the rudder left and right but.... it will not come to a stop even using the trim and full low throttle.... my question is how can i get it to push up with the left stick for throttle and get it to stop :) sheesh!!! :-D

p.s. im using the GWS naro servers and GWS flight pack

This one is easy, you just have the speed control plugged into the wrong channel. Unplug everything, then take your rudder servo plug, and plug it in each port on the Rx until you find the one that runs the rudder with the stick you want-(left or right, depending on your prefference). Do the same with the servo for the elevator, until it's working when you wiggle the right stick up and down, (fore and aft?) finally plug in your speed controller 'til you find it operating on the throttle stick.

Uh, bad speed controller?
If your moving the "rudder" control, and the throttle is working, it's plugged in wrong. If you have it in the throttle port, try running the stick, and trim all the way up and down. Other than that, it's beyond my knowledge. Anyone else?

No problem, good luck, and feel free to ask-away!
Slow stick should prove to be a good plane, just don't try it in much wind.
