I just wanted say hello to you all. This is a very informative site and im sure i will be using it often. I have only been fly for one year so im still pretty new at this. I have read several post and it seems like this is a great bunch of people.

Don't be afraid to post, ask questions, and just plain browse around and read forums (as you seem to have been doing already).

Welcome! I have learned a ton on this site in the one year (this weekend) I've been in the hobby. Really a great group of people here, and at the clubs and contests I've been to.

You have more experience than me!
I bought an Alpha 40 trainer at the end of March, and have been buddy boxing about 6 times so far.
There are a LOT of really experienced people on these forums!
Just ask away, I've found them quite patient and willing to help the newbies get started on the right foot.
Good luck with that Avistar, I hear it's a good semi symetrical winged plane.

Welcome to RCU. This a great site w/ a great group of people. There are always people to help you out. RCU has 400,000 some members, somebodys bound to step in and give there 2 cents to help ya out. I learned a great majority by just being on here, looking through threads, and asking questions. Remember "There are no stupid questions". Hope you enjoy RCU as much as we all do. Sorry if I sound like a broken record :D
