Does anyone know about the Mosquitomoth?

I found this gorgeous slow flyer virtual model for FMS, and it appears to be a real model as well. Here is a Japanese video:

The FMS model flies just like this video of the real thing, UNBELIEVABLE!

Does anyone know anything about this Japanese plane, and how to obtain one?
