Kaos 40 arf
Not an ARF (way way too long ago) but I had a Kaos as my 4th airplane. It didn't last long, because I wasn't ready for it yet.:( I'm sure it would have lasted longer, but I wanted to be better than I actually was...I guess that's how ya learn! Just take it easy, the plane will really groove sweet:)

Kaos Arf
If you do a search you will find some postings on the original ARF from tower. A lot of people had problems. I received one of the first ARF's from Tower and I did not have any problems at all. It went together perfectly straight and the covering was super. I flew it for two years almost every weekend in nice weather and sold it to a buddy who still flys it and loves it. I used a Saito 56 on it and he uses a TT 46 Pro. The best thing I can say about it is that it flys like a Kaos.
Set up the throws right and its very gentle but a little faster than a proper trainer. FB |

I have a Tower .60 trainer. It was smooth and stable and lasted me thru all my training. I should be getting my Kaos today. I have yet to hear a bad word about it. That is why I am trying it. :D

The kaos is a fine flying airplane. A flying buddy makes the 60 size from plans. He sells them after a while and tries other planes but he always ends up building another Kaos because it is such a good flyer. It will fly pretty fast but will also slow down nicely to land.
