Small field boxes

I have seen Monster Field boxes at the field many times. But does anybody have any plans for a smaller size field box.
Sometimes i think less might be more...I fly a Kadet Sr Arf So the less I take too the field the better... I now have a box with wheels with a 12 volt lawn mower batter in the bottom..

When I go to the field I take just the essentials; a starter, battery, glow plug warmer, fuel, a field charger, a simple five-n-one screwdriver and a small roll of tape.

Sears Anyone?

I use this three drawer tool box from Sears ($20). Large items in the bottom (motorcycle battery, starter, Hammer for the stubborn engine :p ), props, glow plugs, tools in the second tray, and essential items in the top tray. Works great! Easy to transport and I'm working on cutting slots for my power panel/charger in the lid. Plus the lid will hold your prop nut wrench, screw drivers/allen wrenches, and extra plugs. Check it out. Here's a link.

I'm using a plastic tool box from walmart. Its not too big, but big enough to carry what I need.

Look at the link Aeropal gave you for the Kavan starter & battery pack.

I have a different brand, but it's the single most important part of trying to travel light.

I have a "Home Depot" plastic toolbox that I mounted my (manual) fuel pump to. I also mounted a small plastic jug (32 oz.) that's plumbed to the pump.

With my glow plug igniter (self contained battery), manual pump with smaller fuel jug, and starter with built in pack, I'm traveling about as lite as possible. :D

Works for me.

I use a Plano brand plastic tool tote. And you can save a lot of weight by getting a Tower 4.5A starter battery. I carry my tools separately in a hinged lid plastic tool box that can be brought into my work area at home.

Go to walmart and get a box big enough to hold all your stuff!

Smaller can be better

Looks like a lot of people have the same idea as me. Why pack a ton of stuff to the field.

Hummm its a field box not a hobby shop on wheels :p
