"Anti-glue"?

Do they make a glue solvent? If so do local hobby stores carry it usually? I have to change the engine cage of my plane and it looks like its only held by thin CA. Is there any solution i can pour on to the glued joints so i can take it off without having to cut anything? Also that won't cause any damage to the balsa.

If you could give more details about the plane itself, manufacturer, size, someone could probably help. Need to figure out what it is held together with. If it is CA, then soaking it carefully in debonder would allow the joints to come apart. Getting too generous with the debonder will cause more than the joints you want to come apart to come apart. Be careful. [8D]

There is a solvent for CA ("Debonder") but it will soak into the balsa and make future gluing attempts with CA less strong. If it is an ARF they use a variety of hot glue that is set with UV. Heat may soften it up, and most epoxies also, but the CA debonder won't touch it.

The plane is a precision aerobatics addiction. What do you suggest would be the best way to solve my problem?

I would email them and ask what they used to put it together with. No guessing this way, and they may help out with the best information if you let them know what you are trying to accomplish. Good luck!

If you're really in doubt about the type of glue used, and concerned for the structure, the best way to remove the parts (unless you really need to glue them back on) is to use a razor saw to cut them off, and a dremel with a small router bit to clean out what you couldn't cut off. With careful use of a dremel I've been able to remove glue down to the wood and not cut into the wood.

Just use the parts as a pattern to cut new parts as required.
