RE: More misc newbie questions
My glow models have the Du-Bro wire-pull switch harness. I figure it keeps the fuel out of the switch and is easy to "slap" off and verify the circuit is open; tactilely and visually. HAndy to get to the charging port, too.
On my gassers I use the HD Cemark switches as an added precaution (external on my Ultimate and "hidden" in the cockpit of my Phaeton/Curtiss. I've never had a switch failure with the plain 'ol Futabas, but it couldn't hurt. |
