first crash
I have a GWS Slow Stick that I recently flew for the first time (my first time flying any plane). I crashed it into a soccer net and broke the rudder off at the base. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it so I can wreck it again.

Dustoff22,
Sorry to hear about your crash. Cannot say I know how to fix your plane, because I haven't seen what the damage really is. Post on the Crash thread site and the repair treads; most people checking out this section will have less experience repairing them then visitors to those threads (Disclaimer: if this is not you, then I am not talking about you). Were you out trying to fly without the help of an experienced pilot? I have met people who think that it must be easy to fly the planes, for what ever their reasoning. It will become easy with time, but I would never suggest just jumping out there with both feet, because you may find yourself over your head. If you have a local club, join it and I am sure someone will be glad to get you back in the air. -Just me |

Buy some epoxy or "foam safe" CA and just glue it back on.
For future reference, posting electric questions in the "Electrics" forums will get better results. Dennis- |

Elmers Probond works well. You can buy at at Wal-mart. You'll find it in the hardware/paint section. :D
