Need Help about Aerobird
 

I have had my aerobird for a year now and i just got the x pack. Before i got the x pack the plane would hand launch very easy but for some reason with the x pack v tail and the stock battery it wont go in the air it just goes right at the ground like there is too much weight or not enough lift. I looked at the manual and i unscrewed the rear screaw to make it clime easier so it would get in the air. But that didnt work either.

I don't know for sure, since I'm not familiar with that plane (see Dennis' post above), but it really sounds like you have the tail on out of alignment. Most likely you need to raise the TE of the tail or lower the LE. Basically, you are set up with what amounts to a lot of down elevator.
