.60 glow engine in a Giles 202 .46

I'm at about 4,000 feet elevation. Would a Phoenix Models .46 plane take a .60 OS 2 stroke or would it be too much? Thanks in advance.

I can be wrong here and please correct me if I'm wrong - but a bigger engine will be better the higher you go? I have a .60 on my .46 size plane - couldn't even think of that plane flying well with a 46.
