Converting T28 Trojan to Spektrum.
Hello,
I am looking at purchasing the Spektrum Dx6i so that I can take advantage of some of the good BNF planes and heli's available. Since you can get it with a receiver I was thinking about throwing that into my RTF parkzone T28 and seeing how the flaperon's work. Thinking about it though can anyone tell me if its just a case of dropping the 2.4 receiver into the plane or do I have to recalibrate the speed controller? Are the servo connections the same as well? Finally, if anyone in the UK is looking to sell their DX6i please let me know. Also if anyone is after a Parkzone ZX10 4ch Transmitter and receiver I'm open to offers. Thanks Adam_Fozz |
RE: Converting T28 Trojan to Spektrum.
Just drop it in and bind the rx to the Dx6. should not affect the speed controller setup. Understand that the rx must be a spektrum rx. I would go with the spektrum 6200 Six channel rx.

RE: Converting T28 Trojan to Spektrum.
I run 2 different PZ Trojans with a DX6i and AR6100 Park Flyer Receivers and have had no issues. As mentioned above, drop in the receiver (I mount mine with velcro), bind it,level the surfacesand fly them! No calibration or programming required, just the usual trim setups. Have fun with it.
