Servo Torque Suggestion

I'm thinking of building an ARF Aero-Works Edge 540T 60". Any suggestions on Servo's?

What about for a 60 - 90 Yak 54 from Aero-Works? Any suggestions on Servo's?

I have a bunch of DS821's - will those work for both airplanes?

If you want to knife edge you will need more torque on the rudder servo. Other surfaces should manage OK
