Lost a complete day???

Today was fly day for most of the guys out at the lake bed, I was going to take out a new plane to show off. I was out back having coffee with my wife when I said it was really odd to see two of my neighbor lady's off work and heading to the pool. My wife said why was it odd, it's Saturday, were you supposed to be doing something?? Well, yes I was!! I lost a complete day someplace?? I regard this as a retired guy thing, not a senior moment. Tomorrow sounds like a better fly day to me!!:D

Yeah that's it, keep telling yourself it ain't "Old Timers Disease". :)

Bad part for me is I can see where you are coming from. :D Not working means you loose track of what the date is or what day it is, as at least for me every day is "Flyday"

OK, I'm not retired but I want to know why these things happen on weekends instead of the week? I'd love to loose a day, or maybe 5, during the work week![sm=thumbup.gif]

You will find its far easier just to go every day rather rather than attempt to kept track of the day of the week.

John's right, just go.

I worked six or seven days a week for about 20 years until last spring, when I went to 5 days a week (Tuesday's off). It was several months before I could tell what day it was without a calendar.

On the East Coast they refer to it as CRS (Can't Remember S#%#) :D and yes it is a senior moment thing. Then again, I can remember the last sentence I typed or how to spell Sukiou :D:D:D:D
