Preflight check list

I think I need a preflight check list glued somewhere on my equipment so I don't goof up. Already I've "started" to fly with a stripped aileron rod, fogot to turn my transmitter off after a flight, forgot to reverse the controls on the buddy box I was using (everything was backwards). I'm really green at this so a check list would really be helpful till I've done it awhile. I know this will sound to stupid to you "oldtimers" but, sitting here, I'm not sure which to turn on first, the transmitter or the receiver. See what I mean. Pushing 62 don't help much either.

Cr@p, I forgot the reason I posted was to get suggestions on what to put on the list. See what I mean???

Wrote this for a contest I'm in charge of this Sunday. Might help.

It is a PDF that is zipped. I wish RCU would allow PDFs to be posted in native format.
