trainer aircraft

Would a large scale electric DeHavilland Beaver be a good trainer aircraft? I will be training with an instructor using a buddy box. Thanks

With a good instructor, you could learn to fly on it - however, once you go solo, you should expect to have a few mishaps in the form of bad landings, bad takeoffs and downright crashes.

A proper trainer is designed to take a little abuse, where a more advanced airplane will require a lot of repair
