Default motor and esc connections

I am very new to RC planes
I am making a quadrotor
i have 4 brushless outrunner dc motors and 4 escs (30Amp)
and one lipo battery 25c
is the configuration looks okaty
how do i connect the esc to the motors
the color of wires are the same
plz help

The motors are three phase so the connections don't really matter. Just hook up th three wires from the ESC to the motor. If the motor runs backwards (for your application) just swap any two motor wires.

If you are new to RC why start with a quadrotor????? Here is article on a model quadrotor which should help you realize what a complex project you are undertaking... independent control of each of the four motors (two contra-rotating pairs) is necessary... not for the faint-hearted!.

what is mixing ,
how to mount prop in motor
