450 upgrade ???
I plan on doing a upgrade from my Eflite 450 to?? Has any one used the ERCBL450 or 480 from hobby-lobby. The price looks good but the specs show they swing the same size prop and use the same size speed control. The airplane is a Phase3 P40. The stock motor would fly OK put no reserve power, put in a eflite 450 better put tip stalled from alltitude and would not pull out. Motor toasted so looking for better performace. Plane specs are ws 40" wt 25 oz would like to use 1350 to 2100 3s 11.1 batteries.
