Hi All,
New to the brushless motors and Lithium cells. The only electric I have before is the RadicalRC edge 540 with the stock setup. Have been flying OMP 540 whole season and have lot of fun with it and want to have this kind of flying fun indoor during winter.
I am getting an aero-model UB (I know, it is expensive) and trying to get the remaining shopping list right.
Motor: Hacker B20 15L 4:1 (seems it is the most popular for funfly, 3D)
Controller: CC Phoenix 25 (programmable for Li cell LVC)
Battery: Kokam 2s or 2s2p (lightness or duration, I have 2 8 cell 720mah NiMH from the edge 540 that I can use before getting Li)
Charger: Kokam 402 (charge to the peak voltage than Apache or Hobbico MkII)
Prop: APC 11x4.7
Radio: GWS receiver and pico BB servos from the edge
What I am looking for is a reliable proven trouble free system, light, thrust/wt > 1.5
Does the above system sound right, any comments?
