Where to find replacement pinion gears?
Hi,
I have recently been flying the Potensky Eagle with a POT030B engine and 5:1 gear box.
The pinion finally gave up due to smashing after a lot of use and need to find a source for replacement pinions in the US for this unit. The replacement gears are not currently available at Hobby-Lobby where I got the plane from. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciate it.

A common modification to this plane is to replace the rather fragile Potensky gearbox with a much more robust, and less expensive GWS EPS300C. The "C" gear ratio and a 10x8 GWS prop should be more than adequate.
If you want to stick with the stock gearbox, though, you're going to have to wait for Hobby Lobby. They're the only company that imports those planes into the USA, AFAIK.
