Default quick question about lipo + brushed motor

can i use a 4000mah 40c lipo for tamiya 27t brushed motor + futaba mc230 esc which Current for Forward : 90A and Reverse: 45A ? if not why?

Depends. You didn't list the cell count of the pack. Dependent on the cell count it may or may not work. You need to know the voltage capability of the motor and esc and then compare that to your pack's ability. Most of those motors are usually a 2S or 3S capable, so if so as long as your pack is the same it would work.
