Hi one and all

This is my first post and I am a complete newbie to rc plane building.
I am writing to ask for help, as I am unsure what motor, esc and battery combination I need?

Plane details
Wings 28
Center chord 7 1/2 outer 6
Plane type -3d
Weight - 389gr (includes receiver, servos, sensor, connections and wire landing gear (without wheels)
Material- coroplast (because of the cash factor)

I was hoping for slow flying with high thrust to weight ratio 2.5, maybe a 1000kv motor with 10 prop. I tried to work it out with the help of a video on YouTube but it was all a bit too much to get my head around at this stage!

What motor, esc and battery combination would you recommend?

I just wanted to say I have managed with a bit of hunting around
find the calculations I needed. Unfortunately not able to add links.
