I need to know the number of the transistor between the + and - at the exit of the ESC (i've burned it and i can't read the number)

It's a: 220uf 35v
How did it burn? It could be a warranty repair?

I don't need the number of the capacitor, i need the number of the transistor on the other side. It's burned when i attached the battery, after the transistor exploded and the number became unreadable. The esc still work but it became very very hot.

Thankyou very much Shawn. I supposed that it was a diode, but the package let me think it was a transistor.
