I have two of them. I like them. they work fine and are cheap compared to my Maxcim motors. I use them in 48 Inch warbirds and have one in a Skimmer motor glider.

I use 2100 sub "C" nicads. Depending on the plane 8-10cells. I have them in Model Electronics Corp. power tubes so there is no soldering. i have jeti 45/3 in both these planes:

I have two of them.

One on a World Models Super Frontier, 82 inch WS camera plane. 16X3000 Nimh MEC SPTs, 16X10 prop, 1.7:1 Super Box

The other is on a Global America Flyer 0.40 shoulder wing pattern trainer, 56 inch WS, direct drive, 18X1700 Nicad but going to two 10 cells MEC SPTs, 11X7 (maybe 10X7 with 20). Nice verticle, everybody who sees it comments on how well it flies.
