endoplasma, 4.6 ratio (GD600 with 10 tooth pinion), 12X8 APC "E" prop and 10 cells, roughly 400 watts, about 4 lbs thrust, pitch speed in the low/mid 40's

Go to Gary's website, http://www.gwmp.net (not guaranteed to be the right site, but it's gwmp.something for sure) and download the instructions for the E3D. There's a section that describes how to time the Endoplasma motor for best performance in the gearbox.

Fix your Caps Lock key first... Man I hate it when people shout at me first thing in the morning. 
Try http://www.modelelectronicscorp.com. The GD600 gearbox was not designed for a 10-tooth pinion, but it fits and works.
