Hobby-Lobby Motor specifications
Have done a bit of searching around and cannot locate any on-line specifications as to performance on a Hobby-Lobby motor. Am considering the MODEL MOTORS Mini AC1215/16 with 3:1 gearbox.
Any propeller reccomendations for this?
Any notes as to thrust developed?
And notes as to power consumption?
Wm.

RE: Hobby-Lobby Motor specifications
I use the RPM and Prop information from Model Motors web site. I put it into this free thrust calculator,
http://freespace.virgin.net/barry.ho.../thrusthp.html , to determine expected thrust. It also gives you thrust to weight ratio and pitch speed in MPH. You can also change the air density to predict performance at different altitudes.
