Default battery seires question???

I was wondering if I can take two of the kokam 340mah 11.1v packs and put them in seires so I can get 680 mah at 12 amps. I know these packs are rated at 20c which is 6.5 amps will that double as well? I'm trying to save weight my motor pulls 6to10 amps when its happy! Thanks for the help....crew

No, if you connect the two packs in series, you will get a 340mAh 22.2V pack with a capacity for ~6.5 Amps.

What you want to do is connect the packs in PARALLEL. In parallel, the capacities add up: 640mAh and 13 Amps.
