I am new to electrics and have a problem with the installation of the ESC. I have installed WattAge Super 400 Cobalt motor, a Wattage 7 Cell 1300 Mah Nicad (fully charged)and the Wattage IC-30 Speed Controler. I have installed 3 new Futaba Micro servos and am using a regualr size Futaba FM receiver that I had previously used successfully on a glow powered model. With power on I get full response for the throttle and ailerons but, NO RESPONSE FOR RUDDER OR ELEVATOR. My ESC is inserted in the throttle pin on the receiver according to my assembly instructions.
What if anything am I doing wrong?

Since you are getting throttle (and aileron) function it clearly has nothing to do with the ESC - it must be something to do with the Rx or the particular servos which don't work. If you plug in, say, the rudder servo to the aileron channel, does it work there (since the aileron did before, it should too, unless the rudder servo is faulty). Do the same with the elevator servo - that should tell you whether you have servo problems or problems with the Rx pins on certain channels.
