Help-unlabeled motor leads
#1

I got this brushless motor, it is a PJS 3D 550. The esc is a Jeti 18-3p. The motor has three solder conections that are unlabeled.
This is my first brushless. Does anyone know how to figure out how to hook this dang thing up? The motor instructions are in Czeck, so they are no help.

Connect any of the three wires from the ESC to any of the 3 wires/poles on the motor. If the motor runs backwards, swap the two outside wires from the ESC to the motor.

You can't read Czech? Man, the educational system is really going down the toilet these days
Yep, just connect the three wires from the motor to the three wires coming from the motor size of the ESC. Just do it. Murphy's law says you'll get it wrong no matter what you do, so figure on changing it at least once [8D]. To make things easier, you might want to consider investing in a set of MPJet bullet connectors from Hobby Lobby or another vendor.

Hi,
I'm not sure if you have all the infiormation you need for this motor or not, but I noticed it is listed in the Motocalc motor table.
Hope this helps,
Wayne Miller
