Hello,
I'm still trying to purchase an Astro flight Watt Meter. I'v been trying since January 5th. I'v tried 4 different vendors including Astro Flight. Still no joy.
I found this
http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bi...-50&type=store
If I'm guessing correct I put this in series with my battery, and read voltage drop across it and it gives me 1mv per 1 amp. Then I read volts across the battery terminal. Then Watts = Volts X Amps. Less fancy but they are available.
Do I have this correct? Is .5% accuracy enough? Does it load the circuit more than the Astro Fligt?
If Tower or Astro Flight will ship me a meter I won't need this, but...
