Prop kept getting loose. Any suggestions?

Prop kept getting loose. Any suggestions?
Hi, all,
I finally decided to give electric a try. I just finished my Zagi XS and took it out for the maiden flight. The plane did not fly too far because the prop adaptor kept getting loose. I made sure I screw the nut in tighter but it did not help. What gives? Should I use Loctite? The motor shaft is round. Will it help if I file a flat spot on it? Any tricks that I missed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a Zagi but if you don't have a flat spot I would definately use loctite or equivalent to keep it tight. Although a flat spot would be better.
