Help me with My Endoplasm
I just finished soldering up my endo I am using a greatplanes C-50 50 amp esc.
Anyway I was just testing it out and as usual I gave it full throttle to arm it then backed off then advanced the throttle to full and nothing happened I noticed the light in the esc getting dimmer. Then I spun the prop with the esc armed and it spun good. I re timed the motor but it won't start with out a spin manually. Help me please electric gurus!!
Thanks Guys, Randy

RE: Help me with My Endoplasm
One or more of the brushes are sticking in their guides. I had it happen to me a couple of years ago. Pull them out and blow out their guides good, then reinsert.
It's not a bad idea to check for wear either.

RE: Help me with My Endoplasm
Thanks for the reply Matt, I'll clean out the brushes, One more thing though I pulled the motor apart and looked inside and noticed one of the magnets is cracked. I e-mailed tower to see if they'll replace it, But I bought the motor along time ago and just now got it together, Oh and one other thing the Comutator, i guess that's what you call it, It says 17t on it you think they gave me the part for an atomic force motor. I guess there's no good substitute for an endo,Huh?
Thanks, Randy
