I have PHOENIX 25 speed control and downloaded the
the calibrating software with winows XP but cannot get
the Phx-Links USB driver to download.

Any help will be much appreciated

did you unplug and then replug the Phx link
which software did you download?

When using the PHX-Link for the first time XP will detect the Link and start up the new device wizard. XP will try to find the USB driver for the Link which is on the Link's CD or CC's web site. After XP installs the USB driver, you should now be able to download software to your controller.

the computer does not detect the downloaded software
v1.11 and will not boot into the driver install....I plug,unplug.....
start restart...... install,uninstall, install... no luck

speed control = Phoenix 25, 25 amp brushless speed control
software download = v1.11r

You need to tell windows where the driver is. I just installed this on the notebook I am using to type this. If you installed to the default folder send windows there and use the driver folder for the driver installation.

On mine that was: C:\Program Files\Phx-Link\Driver
