Default Help ! how to put out the propoller washer from the shaft

Have some body over there can give me some hints ? Last week my aircraft was cashed and the motor mount was bent seriously, I try to replace a new one but unfortunately, the washer under the spinner plate, it is too tight to put it out. I am worry to damage the motor shaft if I use hammer to force it out. Have any comments and experiences to solve this problem from you ? Any information I do appreciate because I can not move my new project forward due to this situation. I posted the picture as below which easily to show what's happen.

have you gently put a flat head screw driver in there, then twisting to pry it up?

Perhaps if you could warm it up a bit, that would help? Also, if you can get a small puller on it, then carefully warm it up with a small torch, or even a butane lighter? That will expand the aluminum and (probably) it should pop right off.
I have done that on numerous Saito's.
