Brushed vs Brushless motors
I am hoping someone can explain how i can find a brushless mottor to brush. For example if I have gws EPC 300 D mottor my airplane using a 12x8 prop. I would like to get a brushless mottor of some kind to replace the brushed. How do I know that the brushless is in the same class or catagory or size? Do I look at amp of the mottor or KV. If someone can explain, that would be great. Or perhaps a web site that explains this.
Thanks.
Thanks.

RE: Brushed vs Brushless motors
This site says which Himax is capable of replacing which type of motor. I use Himax motors on all my brushless planes and never have any proplems with them.
