400 Brushless in Zagi
I presently have a Zagi X with a standard Zagi motor and ESC. I want to hop up this plane somewhat by installing a Kontronik's 400 / 23 brushless motor and compatable ESC . I would also like to continue to use the 8 cell 9.6 volt 1700mah batteries. Has anyone had experience with this plane, motor and battery combination, or any similar sized plane of this design.

I'm not familiar with the Kontronik motor. Many people use Mega 16/15/4's in those situations with 8 cells of NiMh. That works well.
