I just bought a graupner speed 400 motor to replace the one on my heli. The instructions say it is pre-suppressed. Does that mean I do not have to solder the capacitors onto it?? The instructions mention using an anti interference filter...any ideas what that is??

Graupner 400's have pre-fitted internal capacitors (between + and case and between - and case) for interference suppression. It would not hurt to add a 0.047uF ceramic disc capacitor across the terminals.

Thanks for the speedy reply Doc. I might take your suggestion and crank up the soldering iron for one across the terminals, just to be sure.
