Default RE: rc- dymond COOL S 4200?

I built a plane for a friend using that engine. It failed shortly after purchase! We ran the recommended prop witch is tough since they tell you little to nothing about the engine. We contacted Dymond several times and left messages and never got a reply. The company seems reputable but after this you may want to search on this forum for more info!
